Of course, like the rest of the country, the Isle of Wight has suffered from the recent storms. There’s been some flooding and high winds, particularly at the Needles. In Shanklin, the winds don’t tend to be quite as bad, and it’s often sunnier than West Wight. So we’re hoping that the weather will soon return to normal, and we’ll see another summer with lots of lovely sunshine. People are starting to book for the summer and spring, so hopefully aren’t too put off by the Great British Weather.
