About Us
The Kenbury looks forward to welcoming you to sunny Shanklin on the Isle of Wight.
Our focus is on you, ensuring you have a good night’s sleep in a comfortable bed, a hot shower with quality toiletries and a sumptuous Isle of Wight breakfast.
Walkers and cyclists are very welcome and any guests just wanting to relax and unwind, maybe with a drink, can do so in the garden or comfy lounge and bar.
We are based in a quiet residential area, less than 10-15 minutes walk to the seafront or Shanklin old town. We are also very close to local bus services and the train station.

Our Rooms
Double Rooms
Our standard double rooms either have a bath with shower over, ideal for walkers who wish to have a soak at the end of a long day or have a standard shower and no bath.
Family Suite
Our family suite comprises two rooms, a double room with a twin room off of it. The en-suite is situated in the double room and has a bath with shower over. Ideal for families or two couples/friends wishing to reduce the cost of a stay.
Premier/Superior Rooms
Our premier/superior room are larger and have extra facilities such as Tassimo coffee machines, dressing gowns and complimentary slippers.

Parking
Free parking in our private car park for up to 7 cars. There is also an EV charging point available.
Garden
A small garden is available with tables and chairs for your morning coffee or just to relax with some fresh air.
TV
Flatscreen TVs in all rooms with up to 70 Freeview channels.
En-suite bathrooms
All rooms have ensuite bathrooms, some are shower only, most have showers over a full size bath.
Wifi
High speed WiFi in all public areas and bedrooms.
Snug/Bar
A small licensed bar can be found in the snug so that you can have a coffee and a nightcap when returning from the theatre or dinner. Alternatively you may want a quiet drink before going out for the evening.
Breakfast Room
A bright sunny breakfast room where you can have a full Isle of Wight breakfast to set you up for the day or something lighter if you prefer, like a bowl of cereal or fresh fruit. The choice is yours.
